TERMS AND CONDITION OF CARRIAGE

1. SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. WAY BILL

   This way bill is to be regarded as a "Contract" between owners of Despatches of the goods specified on the Face of this way bill on the one hand SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. (which terms shall include its employees, servant agents) on the other had for the Transportation of the Said goods as booked from booking station specifiedon Way bill to the destination station. This way bill is not negotiable with any bank/anmy Finance company Finacial institution. All Shipment Carried under this way bill are carieed under carriers act and at owner's Risk othereise & until specifically charging specific risk Charges Which areat preset @2% of the value of under Owner's Risk

2. SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd.

   accepts all kind of goods for transportation like: Valuable, Commercial Document, literature sophisticated /high technology goods, Paper, manuscripts, Securities of all kinds, Materials, merchandise, Trade Samples and other items of a like nature but excluding all dangerous, Explosives,hazardous, inflammable, combustible, contraband & prohibited goods, Bullon, Germs,Currency Notes Etc. SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. has the right but not obligation to open and /or inspect any or all consignments. Every shipment shall be charged by its Chargeable weight and not by actual weight

3. CARRYING TERMS & CONDITIONS

   SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. hereby agreed accepts all kind of goods for transportation like: Valuable, Commercial Document, literature sophisticated /high technology goods, Paper, manuscripts, Securities of all kinds, Materials, merchandise, Trade Samples and other items of a like nature but excluding all dangerous, Explosives,hazardous, inflammable, combustible, contraband & prohibited goods, Bullon, Germs,Currency Notes Etc. SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. has the right but not obligation to open and /or inspect any or all consignments. Every shipment shall be charged by its Chargeable weight and not by actual weight. Not a "Common carrier" and the SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. At all time shall have the right to refuse any goods offered for transportation without assigning any reason whatsoever. As the contents, nature quality, condition and value of the subject consignment are unknown to the SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd., and the same has been accepted(as packed and declared by the owners) in goods faith for transportation as indicate on the face of this way bill. Terefore the SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. Not, in any way be kept responsible or liable to the consignor and /or consignee for any loss of/ damage to or non-delivery of the subject consignment, attributable to or caused byanyincorrect or false declaration and/or defective packing,making or addressing of the subject consignment by by consignors,but the consignors shallbe responsible and liable to the SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. for all the consequences of their imporpet actions as above. the consignor/ consignee shall without any limitation,be sole by liable to the SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. For all costs and expenses which would include octroi/other faxes lavies/ impost elated to the consignment and the costs of warehousing and return of the consignment to the consignor if desired by them

4. LIEN ON CONSIGNMENT SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd.

5. LIMITATION OF CONSIGNMENT SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd.

   This liability of the prompt SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. to the consignor/ consignee for any loss or damage to or non delivery of the subject consignment shall be lilmited to Rs. 450/- per kg for non- commercial goodsand of documents, unless otherwise agreed to by any specifically declaration on the face of this way bill.

6. LIMITATION OF THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY / LIABILITI NON ASSUMED BY THE COMPANY

   while the company will use its best endeaoursto effect way bill. Delivery of the subject consignment as agreed SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. Will not, any circumstances assume any reponsibility or liability for any sustained by the consignor/consignee arising out of or caused by delay in the pick-up, transportation and delivery of the amount involved alleged to have been sustained by the consignor/consignee arising out of or caused by delay in the pick-up, transportation and delivery of the subject consignment due to; (a)act of god,fore majeures, natural calamities or causes floods or convulsion of nature, any variations in temperature, weather condition etc or by the action of terrorists, militants or activists or bypersons, acting from a outs, labour disturbances, riots or civilcommotions etc.., provided the SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. Has exercised resonable care and precaution in the transportation of the subject consignment. (b) any act, default, omission on the part of the consignor/consignee or any other interest third party howsoever arising (c) "inherent vice" or the nature of any special charactersics of the subject consignment and; (D)electric or magenetic , injury, erasure or other such damage tophotographic electronic pictures,images or recording in any from

7. CLAIM OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE SUBJECT CONSIGNMENT

   No claim shall be entertained by the SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. all its transportation charges etc. or any out standings are paid the consignor or consignee as the case may be and if any claim arise against subject consignment it should be brought in the notice of the company in writing within 7 days from the date of booking at the booking station. Any such claim will not be entertained by the company after expiry of the 10 days from the date of booking. 8. this contract shall not insure to the benefit of any of the general insurers operating in india. 9. not suit shall not lie against the SJ WorldWide Courier Pvt. Ltd. in relation to the subject consignment after the expiry of 3 months from the date of booking

8. JURISDICTION

   The competent court in state where company registered, alone shall have jurisdiction in respect of all claim and/or matters pertaining to the subject consignment of arising out of this contract.all business is tranacted as per the standard trading practices.
